When you book airline reservations through our Travel Agency you will be guaranteed
the lowest published airfares available through the computer reservation system (CRS) at
the time of booking. All airline reservations are computer researched so that you’re always
quoted the lowest fares available at the time of booking. There’s never a danger
you’ll wind up with a commercial air carrier that is charging more than you need to pay.
Some airlines like Vanguard, Southwest, Western Pacific and Reno do not participate
in any CRS. If you prefer to travel with any of these carriers, or you wish to book a
charter flight, please notify the Travel Agency of your specific requirements.
The agent will call that airline directly to provide you with the lowest available airfares.
The Travel Agency will book your reservation, make seat assignments when possible,
prepare your itinerary, issue your tickets and automatically provides you with $100,000
FREE flight insurance on most major airlines. You will also be given a 24-hour emergency
telephone number.
Please allow up to ten business days for your ticket to arrive in your mailbox.
If you need your tickets sooner, you can have them delivered to you the next day for
an additional fee.
You are also entitled to a cash rebate of up to 5% on air fares to many destinations
worldwide. Within 30 days after you complete you travel, just send the travel agency a
copy of the itinerary and a rebate check will be sent directly to you. At the time you
make your reservations, the travel agent will tell you the amount of rebate you are
entitled to receive.

AMTRAK
Booking Amtrak is similar to booking an airline ticket or a tour.
You need to provide the travel agent with your dated of travel, number in party and
type of accomodations thaty you desire on the train. Depending on the destination and
the length of the trip, you may have a regular coach seat of you may choose from a
variety of sleepers and private bedrooms. Land tours are available with Amtrak to many
destinations throughout the United States and Canada.
