Hotels, Motels and Resorts

You will be able to save half the price of your hotel room when you travel for business or pleasure at any of over 2,000 hotels worldwide - That's 50% off the standard "rack" rate.

Hotels welcome your reservation to fill projected vacancies. Your discounted reservation will be accepted until the hotel anticipates remaining rooms can be filled at full price. Your 50% savings is good for one room per member card and is calculated from the standard non-discounted rack rate. Offer not valid with any other discounted or promotional rates. A $20.00 minimum room charge per night applies. As a courtesy, many hotels specify valid periods to help you plan your travel and avoid making unnecessary phone calls.

HOW TO USE THIS BENEFIT
When you receive the hotel card & directory

1. Call the hotel directly, no more than 30 days in advance, using the telephone numbers listed in the Directory.

2. Ask for the reservation desk and identify yourself as a member of the Great American Traveler.

3. Ask the reservationist for the 50% off room availability for your desired travel dates.

4. Confirm your rate and make written note of the name of the reservationist and confirmation number.

5. You will need to show your Great American Traveler membership card when you check in. (Located on the back of the directory.)
