HOW TO USE THIS BENEFIT To utilize any of the following services, simply call 1-800-541-9701. After presenting the customer service representative with your name and membership number and the type of legal matter you have, you will be provided with the name, address and telephone number of the provider firm located nearest you. Each member is entitled to one (1) free thirty minute office consultation on up to three separate legal matters per year. In the event you decide to retain the attorney after the consultation, you will be provided with a preferred rate reduction of 25% from the attorney’s normal hourly rate. Virtually all types of legal matters are eligible for these services. Examples of the types of matters for which you may use this program include:
These services are performed by former, senior level, IRS employees. These specialists possess the ability to negotiate with the IRS on your behalf, whether in an audit environment or to assist you with a lien or a balance due, in order to effect the most favorable outcome. | |
