Soon after your purchase or sales closes, you will receive a cash
Membership Benefit. For example, if you sell a home for $180,000 and buy
one for $200,000, you will receive cash Membership Benefits of $810.00 and
$900.00 respectively — or a total of $1,710.00!

The Real Estate Referral Service has an extensive listing of qualified
real estate agents nationwide. These agents are referred by the Service only
after taking into consideration the estimated value of the transaction, the location
and the agent’s experience, Real Estate Board Status, professional designations
and any foreign language requirements.
The Real Estate Referral Service must pre-negotiate your referral for any Membership
Benefit to be payable. Therefore, it is essential that the Referral Service be contacted
first, and be given an opportunity to contract your referral with a

The minimum Amount of transaction to receive this membership benefit is $100,000.

membership number handy when you call.
We’ll verify your membership and give you the toll-free number of our Real Estate
Referral Services. You’ll be asked a few important questions regarding your real estate
needs and an appropriate qualified real estate broker in your area will be selected for you
and will contact you directly.
